   Restore an Eyelet Connection
   Junction Splice test and repair

 If nothing lights up the tester you don't actually know that it works.
  Test it on something known like a working battery or another power supply        
 

Test the power supply with another tester or a working fixture to confirm your findings.

     20 watt power supplies must be plugged into an extension cord to expose the screws for testing
  But until you get something to light up, you have to keep in mind that your tester may be at fault.
